Covington, LA is where it all started for Jordan Bedford at at Covington High School. Jordan has always wanted to play basketball because it was a way out for him. Bedford was a three year letterman at Covington and as a Senior he received several athletic accolades, even being named to the Louisiana Sports Writers Association in Class 5A All-State 1st Team. After high school Jordan played basketball at Baton Rouge Community College, not because he didn’t have plenty of higher division programs calling but he did not take care of the academics in high school.

Bedford went on to Belhaven University where he had to red-shirt the 2012-13 season because of academics and Bedford blames himself for not taking care of business. Bedford went on to continue his College basketball Career at Belhaven leading the country in three point scoring and top scorer in the nation. In 2015 Bedford entered the NBA Draft but went undrafted.

After not being drafted into the NBA Bedford took his talents overseas and played for several teams in different leagues from 2015-2019. In 2020 Bedford was given the opportunity to play Professional Basketball in the United States in the TBL. The Dayton Flight in Dayton, OH gave Bedford a chance to tryout and make the team and he did. Bedford was just crowned the TBL National Player of the Week and is averaging 17.5 points a game and says he is trying to help his team get to the playoffs.
